Sales and Use Tax - Tax-Free Period for Back-to-School Shopping

Synopsis:

Designating August 10, 2008 through August 22, 2008 to be a tax-free period during which the purchase of specified clothing or footwear not exceeding $100 in taxable price is exempt from the sales and use tax.
