Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to develop a model policy prohibiting bullying, harassment, and intimidation in schools; requiring that the model policy include specified information; requiring county boards of education to establish policies prohibiting bullying, harassment, and intimidation in schools based on the model policy; defining "bullying, harassment, or intimidation"; etc.
