Anne Arundel County - Limitations on Methadone and Other Opioid Treatment Facilities


Prohibiting in Anne Arundel County the establishment or operation of a specified opioid treatment facility within one-half mile of specified locations except under specified circumstances; and providing for the application of the Act.
