Local Government Tort Claims Act - Notice


Synopsis:

Expanding from 180 days to 1 year the time period during which notice must be given to bring an action for unliquidated damages against a local government or its employees under the Local Government Tort Claims Act; repealing an exception to the requirement of notice; etc.
