Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified agencies and offices in the State to have specified authority while an emergency declaration is in effect; requiring host entities to consult with specified agencies and offices and to comply with specified laws; providing for the requirements to qualify as a volunteer health practitioner registration system; etc.
