Health Insurance - Health Care Provider Panels - Provider Contracts

Synopsis:

Repealing a prohibition that health insurance carriers that offer coverage for health care services in a specified manner may not require providers to serve on specified provider panels under specified circumstances; repealing an exception to the prohibition; repealing specified requirements for providers that elect to terminate participation on provider panels; prohibiting provider contracts from containing a provision that requires providers to participate in provider panels under specified circumstances; etc.
