Synopsis:

Altering the amount the Governor is required to include in the annual budget for specified fiscal years for specified activities aimed at reducing tobacco use; requiring that specified tobacco tax revenues be distributed to the Cigarette Restitution Fund for specified purposes; requiring specified revenues to be appropriated for specified activities aimed at reducing tobacco use; altering the tobacco tax rate for specified tobacco products; etc.
