Establishing a Task Force on Educational Issues Affecting Military Children; establishing the membership and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to evaluate and make recommendations regarding efforts that would ease the transition of children of military families to Maryland schools; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2008; etc.
