Local Correctional Facilities - Inmate Health Care Expenses - Payment Rates to Health Care Providers


Synopsis:

Providing that liability for payment to a health care provider for specified health care expenses of specified inmates may not exceed the lower of specified rates; providing that a county may elect to declare specified provisions of the Act inapplicable to the county by filing a declaration with the county health officer; etc.
