Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority each year to develop, adopt, and submit to the General Assembly at specified times a 6-year financial forecast for its operations; requiring the forecast to include a schedule of operating expenses, revenues, toll revenues, planned bond issuances, debt services, and a summary schedule including specified items; modifying a limit on the issuance of specified debt by the Authority; authorizing the Authority to issue specified notes; etc.
