Synopsis:

Requiring the Adjutant General to determine the qualifications, appointment, removal, and compensation of the employees of the Military Department; providing that compensation for the employees shall be in accordance with the standard State pay plan; authorizing the Adjutant General to independently set classification levels for specified Department employees; etc.
