Synopsis:

Altering the criteria for hiring specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are exempt from a specified offset of a retirement allowance; limiting the period of time that specified retirees who are exempt from a specified offset of a retirement allowance may be reemployed at specified schools; and altering reporting requirements.
