Income Tax - Subtraction Modification and Tax Credit for Dependent Care Expenses - Ineligibility


Denying eligibility for a specified subtraction modification and specified tax credit allowed against the State income tax to specified parents or guardians under specified circumstances; requiring a specified State Board to adopt specified regulations that provide a process for determining ineligibility; requiring revenue attributable to a denial of a specified subtraction modification and a specified tax credit to be distributed to a specified special fund; etc.
