City of Annapolis - Drug-Free Zones


Making it a felony to manufacture, distribute, dispense, or possess with intent to distribute specified controlled dangerous substances or conspire to commit these offenses within a specified distance of a specified community or recreation center in the City of Annapolis; establishing that specified penalties apply to an offense under the Act; authorizing the City of Annapolis to post signs designating specified areas as drug-free zones; etc.
