Sustainable Energy Task Force


Establishing a Sustainable Energy Task Force; establishing the membership of the Task Force; providing for the designation of a chair of the Task Force; providing for staff for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the creation of a sustainable energy program; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly on or before January 1, 2009; etc.
