Adding DNA samples and DNA records to a provision of law requiring a court to advise a specified defendant that the defendant may be entitled to expunge specified records when all charges against the defendant in a criminal case are disposed of by acquittal, dismissal, or specified other disposition; authorizing a petitioner to move for a new trial on the grounds that the conviction was based on unreliable scientific identification evidence under specified circumstances; etc.
