Synopsis:

Establishing a specified grant program to be administered by the Maryland Technology Development Corporation for specified nanobiotechnology research projects; establishing the purposes of the Program; establishing types of grants to be awarded under the Program; requiring the Corporation to adopt regulations; requiring the Corporation to include specified information in its annual report to the General Assembly; expressing legislative intent related to funding provided to implement the Act; etc.
