Public School Collective Bargaining Sunshine Act

Synopsis:

Requiring that written collective bargaining agreements be made available to the public by county boards of education within 10 days following approval of the agreement; requiring the county boards to submit the agreements to the State Board of Education; requiring the State Board to store the agreements in a repository; and requiring the State Board to make the agreements available to the public.
