Authorizing health care practitioners to make referrals of patients for magnetic resonance imaging services, radiation therapy services, and computer tomography scan services under specified circumstances; altering specified exceptions to patient referral prohibitions; requiring health care entities that furnish magnetic resonance imaging services, radiation therapy services, and computer tomography scan services to receive accreditation by specified dates; etc.
