Synopsis:

Prohibiting the district council of Prince George’s County from establishing a specified set of zoning laws for a specific property by making specified zoning text amendments or amendments to the zoning regulations; requiring an accurate description of the property a specified amendment intends to affect to accompany a specified amendment; authorizing a person in Prince George’s County to bring an action for declaratory judgment to enforce specified provisions; etc.
