Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education to adopt regulations that provide specified standards that a family day care home with a swimming pool must meet; requiring each family day care home with a swimming pool to meet specified requirements; establishing specified standards for fences, gates, alarms, covers, and steps for swimming pools at family day care homes; requiring a specified number of adults with CPR training to be present when family day care children are using the swimming pool; etc.
