Providing for the calculation of a specified percentage of employer contributions for members of the Teachers' Retirement System, Teachers' Pension System, or Optional Retirement Program; requiring counties to pay a specified amount of employer contributions for members of the Teachers' Retirement System, Teachers' Pension System, or Optional Retirement Program; requiring the State to pay a specified portion of specified employer contributions for members of the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System; etc.
