Synopsis:

Requiring Prince George's County to grant a property tax setoff to a municipal corporation as to the property tax imposed by the county for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) if it can be demonstrated that a municipal corporation performs services or programs instead of similar services or programs provided in Prince George's County by the M-NCPPC; requiring Prince George's County to consider services and programs provided by the M-NCPPC in determining a specified property tax rate; etc.
