Establishing the Athletic Trainers Advisory Committee as a subunit of the State Board of Physicians; establishing specified fees for services provided by the Board to athletic trainers; providing for the composition, appointment, terms, and compensation of the Committee members; establishing the powers and duties of the Committee; requiring individuals to be licensed by the Board as athletic trainers before performing specified work in the State; etc.
