Maryland Medical Assistance Program and Maryland Children's Health Program - Eligibility


Synopsis:

Expanding eligibility under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to specified parents having incomes at or below specified levels, subject to specified limitations; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide guaranteed eligibility to specified enrollees in managed care organizations in the Maryland Children's Health Program for 6 months under specified circumstances; etc.
