Synopsis:

Altering the rate at which a health maintenance organization must reimburse specified health care providers not under written contract with the health maintenance organization for specified services rendered by the health care providers; and repealing a requirement that a health maintenance organization disclose specified reimbursement rates to a specified health care provider.
