Prescription Privacy Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the transfer of information that identifies a specified prescriber or patient on a prescription; providing exceptions; and requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations and enforce requirements regarding the transfer of information on a prescription.
