Synopsis:

Creating a Mass Transit Account within the Transportation Trust Fund; providing for the distribution of sales and use tax revenue to the Account; pledging specified taxes to pay the principal and interest on specified bonds; limiting the use of the Account to funding specified transit expenses; providing that sales and use revenues distributed to the Account are in addition to and may not supplant other funds for mass transit; stating a specified intent of the General Assembly; etc.
