Synopsis:

Limiting the liability of the Maryland Transit Administration in a tort action to $1,000,000 to a single claimant for injuries arising from a single incident or occurrence; and providing that the Act shall apply prospectively to actions arising from incidents occurring on or after October 1, 2007.
