Creating a legislative investigating committee in accordance with Title 2, Subtitle 16 of the State Government Article, the purpose of which is to investigate allegations of discrimination against and harassment of employees in the Department of Juvenile Services; providing for the membership of the committee and its powers and scope of authority; requiring the committee to submit a report to the President of the Senate on or before December 31, 2007, containing its findings, conclusions, and recommendations; etc.
