Children - Out-of-Home Care Review Boards - Case Reviews

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Citizens Review Board for Children to conduct case reviews to assist State and local agencies in determining whether the agencies' child protection responsibilities are being effectively carried out; requiring case reviews to include questions designed to meet specified quality assessment goals for casework services; requiring the State Board to tabulate case review results and to submit them for consideration as part of a department self-assessment process; etc.
