Criminal Procedure - Supervised Probation - Exemptions from Program and Supervision Fees


Authorizing a court to exempt a person under the supervision of the Division of Parole and Probation from paying a specified monthly program fee; and clarifying that a specified exemption is applicable during fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
