Juvenile Law - Truancy Reduction Pilot Programs

Synopsis:

Authorizing the establishment of a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program in Harford County and Prince George's County; making provisions relating to Truancy Reduction Pilot Programs in specified counties applicable to Harford County and Prince George's County; authorizing the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals to accept a gift or grant for specified purposes under specified circumstances; authorizing the juvenile court to condition marking a specified criminal charge stet on participation of the defendant in a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program; etc.
