Lead Poisoning Prevention Act of 2007


Synopsis:

Requiring a specified application form for a contractor license to require a specified lead paint abatement accreditation number and accreditation expiration date if the applicant provides specified lead paint abatement services; requiring a licensee applying for a license renewal to submit to the Maryland Home Improvement Commission a specified lead paint abatement accreditation number and expiration date if the licensee performs specified lead paint abatement services; etc.
