Workers' Compensation - Benefits - Cost of Living Adjustment

Synopsis:

Requiring specified employers to provide a specified annual cost of living adjustment for compensation paid for claims arising from events occurring before a specified date; authorizing specified employers, counties, and municipal corporations to provide a specified annual cost of living adjustment for compensation paid for claims arising from events occurring before a specified date; defining a specified term; providing for the application of the Act; and making the provisions of the Act severable.
