Education - Scholarship Program for Children in Foster Care

Synopsis:

Establishing a Scholarship Program for Children in Foster Care; authorizing a foster parent or legal guardian of a child in foster care to enroll the child in a noncollegiate educational institution and use scholarship funds to offset specified costs relating to the child's attendance at the noncollegiate educational institution; establishing eligibility to participate in the Program; providing for the administration of funds for the Program; establishing the amount of a scholarship; etc.
