Creating the State Board of Tax Preparers in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing for the composition, appointment, terms, and expenses of the Board; specifying the terms of the initial members of the Board; establishing specified powers and duties of the Board; requiring specified persons to be licensed by the Board as tax preparers; establishing specified experience and education requirements; authorizing the Board to deny or suspend or revoke a license, or impose specified penalties; etc.
