Agricultural Land Preservation - Easements - Future Dwelling House

Synopsis:

Authorizing a landowner that owns a property on which there is no existing dwelling house to reserve the right to construct a future dwelling house under specified circumstances; requiring the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation and local governing body to provide specified written notice before a specified date; prohibiting the Foundation from restricting the landowner's right to build a future dwelling house under specified circumstances; etc.
