Altering the Solar Energy Grant Program in the Maryland Energy Administration to be the Solar and Geothermal Energy Grant Program; providing specified grants to individuals, local governments, and businesses for portions of the costs of acquiring and installing geothermal property; altering the amounts of specified grants awarded under the Program; limiting the amount of specified grants awarded under the Program for geothermal property; etc.
