Synopsis:

Prohibiting discrimination based on gender identity and expression with regard to public accommodations, housing, and employment; prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity and expression in commercial leasing; making specified remedies and procedures regarding discrimination applicable to discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and expression; and defining the term "gender identity and expression".
