Bay Restoration Fund - Wastewater Treatment Facilities Upgrades - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment and the Department of Planning annually to make a joint report on or before a specified date regarding the impact of upgraded wastewater treatment facilities on growth in specified municipalities and counties; requiring the departments to include in the report specified information and determine, in consultation with and with the assistance of specified persons, other information to be included in the report; etc.
