Authorizing a county or municipal corporation to grant, by law, a property tax credit for a replacement dwelling purchased under specified circumstances by a homeowner who qualified for the homestead property tax for a former dwelling in the county or the municipal corporation; authorizing the county or municipal corporation to provide, by law, for the amount and duration of the credit, subject to specified limitations; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2007; etc.
