Electric Companies - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Measures and Services

Synopsis:

Authorizing each electric company to develop and implement specified programs and services to encourage and promote the efficient use and conservation of energy by specified persons as part of the procurement process for standard offer service or separately from the procurement of electricity for standard offer service; requiring the Public Service Commission to require each electric company to procure or provide to specified customers specified energy efficiency and conservation measures and services by a specified date; etc.
