Synopsis:

Exempting from an earnings offset of a retirement allowance specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System; and altering the criteria that specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System are required to meet to be exempt from an earnings offset of a retirement allowance.
