Education - Compulsory Attendance - Age of Withdrawal

Synopsis:

Changing the age at which a child may withdraw from required schooling to 17 years of age; and requiring individuals with the legal custody or care and control of children who are at least 5 years old and under 17 years old to see that the children attend school or receive specified instruction.
