Constitutional Amendment - Transportation Trust Fund

Synopsis:

Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to provide that money contained in the Transportation Trust Fund may not be transferred or diverted to the General Fund unless the Governor takes specified actions; specifying the applicability of a provision; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
