Environment - Unlined Rubble Landfills - Bond Release and Access for Groundwater Testing

Synopsis:

Extending the duration of the term of the bonds that must remain on deposit for unlined rubble landfills; requiring the Department of the Environment, the local health official, or the local health official's designee to have specified access to specified land for the postclosure period for specified purposes; requiring an owner to keep access to wells and testing points open and operational for the postclosure period; etc.
