Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to convene a specified workgroup; requiring the workgroup to report to specified committees of the General Assembly by January 1, 2008, on recommendations regarding cultural competency courses for individuals licensed by health occupations boards under the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; etc.
