Maryland Higher Education Commission - Review of Duplicative Academic Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to make a determination whether a program approved or implemented after July 1, 2005, is a duplication of programs upon receipt of a request for such a determination from any affected public institution of postsecondary education; providing that the decisions of the Commission are subject to judicial review in the circuit court in accordance with the Maryland Administrative Procedure Act; etc.
