Requiring the Legislative Auditor to conduct an annual audit of all transactions on credit cards issued by Prince George's County to the County Executive and members of the County Council; requiring that the audit be completed within 1 month after the close of each fiscal year; requiring that a complete audit report be submitted to specified officials; etc.
